🌺Due to the nature of the product there are no refunds.

🌺Members are responsible for their actions and interactions on the Site.

Intellectual Property

Inner Bloom expressly prohibits the use of its Services, content, and products on any affiliate marketing websites. This includes, but is not limited to:

🌺Displaying, promoting, or selling Inner Bloom products on websites designed primarily to earn affiliate commission.

🌺Using Inner Bloom content or branding in any manner that implies a partnership or endorsement without explicit written consent from Inner Bloom.

Confidentiality and Privacy

🌺Inner Bloom respects the privacy of its members. All personal information collected will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

🌺Members commit to maintaining the confidentiality of any shared information within the community.

Limitation of Liability

🌺While Inner Bloom endeavors to offer accurate and high-quality information, the Site and its contents are provided "as is". Inner Bloom does not guarantee the accuracy, efficacy, or applicability of any content or tool provided.

🌺Inner Bloom will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from the use of the Site or its content.

Termination

🌺Inner Bloom reserves the right to terminate or suspend any member's access without notice for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other members, Inner Bloom, or third parties, or for any other reason.

🌺Members may cancel their membership at any time.

Changes to These Terms

🌺Inner Bloom may revise these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

🌺These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Inner Bloom is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") pertain to your utilization of the master resell rights giving you ACCESS ONLY to the Inner Bloom Academy, provided by Inner Bloom LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or employing the Product, you are accepting the terms outlined in this Agreement. If you disagree with these conditions, kindly refrain from using the Product.

Purchase Terms & Refund Policy:

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, jurisdiction, or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. Children under the age of 18 are prohibited from using the Site, Product and/or Service(s).

You may not use our Products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Site and/or Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

You agree to not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

A breach or violation of any of these Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Products and/or Services.

Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds after purchase.

The ONLY way you get paid is if you use the link you joined with which is also shown in the following set up lessons.

DO NOT USE the invitation links to send to customers, you will not be paid if a customer signs up this way this goes directly into the Inner Bloom bank account and it will not be redeemable due to user error.

It is your responsibility to follow the instructions properly if there is an error in your set up and process and you have used the wrong link or are sending potential clients the wrong link and they use it to sign up you will not receive the money from the sale. This is user error and we have a set up process in place to make sure that this does not happen.

Grant Of License:

We provide you with a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to utilize, modify, and sell the Product in adherence to the terms specified in this Agreement. This license is restricted to the duration of your ownership of the master resell rights to the Product.

Intellectual Property:

The Product, encompassing its content, design, logos, trademarks, and associated materials, is safeguarded by intellectual property laws and is the exclusive possession of Inner Bloom LLC or its licensors. Except for the master resell rights granted under this Agreement, you recognize that you possess no ownership rights of the Product. The Master Resell Rights Grants you permission to sell access to the Academy, not to sell it's content separately or add to your own offering.

You agree that you will not download any of the content or share with anyone outside of the Academy. The only content you are able to download are Ebooks. You can only resell them as your own if the Ebook states it comes with Master Resell Rights. If it does not state this, then you can not resell it.

Indemnification:

You consent to indemnify, defend, and exempt us from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) emerging from or associated with your use of the Product, violation of any term in this Agreement, or infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of a third party.

Termination:

We uphold the right to terminate or suspend your license for Product use at any time without prior notice if we believe you have breached any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must discontinue all use of the Product and eliminate any copies in your possession.

This Academy was a Wellbeing Academy first, the MRR came second so anything that will compromise Inner Bloom will be reviewed and removed if we deem this necessary.

Amendments:

We retain the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Any alterations become effective immediately upon posting the revised Agreement on our website. Your continued Product use following any changes indicates your acceptance of such modifications.

Entire Agreement:

This Agreement serves as the comprehensive understanding between you and Inner Bloom LLC regarding Product use, superseding any prior agreements, whether written or oral.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice but agree that they will be dated and previous conditions archived for reference. Your continued use of the Product after any changes indicates your acceptance of such modifications. It is your responsibility to regularly review these terms and conditions.
